We are pleased to inform you of last weeks Spanish court victories.

The legal team secured 10 substantive cases results with a total amount of £148,332 awarded.

The first case of the week was against CLC Paradise Trading. In this instance, the Court of Appeal in Tenerife has ruled in our favour and denied all points of CLC's defense and they are condemned in costs. Our client is already being presented on CLC's creditors list. £16,643 awarded.

In the only case against Anfi Sales & Anfi Resorts this week, the nullity of the contract was determined by the lack of information (property and when they could use it). £21,083 awarded.

During the first case this week against Diamond Resorts Europe the nullity of the contract was determined by the lack of information (property and when they could use it). The loan was also declared null and void in addition to the main contract. £11,016 awarded.

The largest awarded case this week was against Diamond Resorts. The nullity of the contract was determined by the lack of information (property and when they could use it). £27,783 awarded.

Next, in a case against CLC UK PLC Sucursal the nullity of the contract was determined by the lack of information (property and when they could use it). £20,077 awarded.

In a case against Marriott Vacation Club, the nullity of the contract was determined by the lack of information (property and when they could use it). £20,204 awarded.

Finally to report on, a case against CLC UK PLC Sucursal where the nullity of the contract was determined by the lack of information (property and when they could use it). £12,596 awarded.

Further victories were also achieved agsinst McDonald Resorts, another Marriott and Club la Costa.

In addition to these, there were also 5 Jurisdiction victories valued at £80,022. All of them were against CLC apart from one against Marriott Vacation Club. The defense challenged the cases being heard in Spanish jurisdiction. Three victories were the initial jurisdiction hearing, 2 were victories on an appeal. All cases will now proceed to the next step.
